Quality warranty: So far we have zero complaint on product quality, but if you encounter any problem on quality or sizes, we will send you correct ones at our cost with your next order, meanwhile, you don't need to send the items back.
Therefore, there is no need to worry about our buckle quality.

Sample Policy: If you request 2-3 samples you are interested in from our catalog, the sample themselves are free of charge. You only need to pay for the shipping cost USD 35 by expressing which will take 4-7 days, depending on which city you are located in. You can pay through our Paypal account: Sales@ourbuckle. COM or by Western Union or Money gram.

Order Process: After approve our samples, you need to provide us the following information: Model number /size/color/with logo or not/order quantity, we will prepare you formal proforma invoice for your final confirmation to make sure all your request is correctly forwarded to us. For batch order, you can pay by Bank, or our Paypal account: Sales@ourbuckle. COM or by Western Union /Money gram.

Shipment: The lead time for different order are various, mainly from 1-2weeks for buckles, 2-3 weeks for bands and links. As soon as the production is ready, you can give shipment order to courier to pick up, or provide your account information in DHL/FedEx/UPS, through which we can send the packages to you. Or, we can shipment by our DHL account if you are willing to pay us the cost, this is highly recommended shipping way, as the freight prepaid are much cheaper than freight collected.
